How we replaced spreadsheets and scattered tools with one simple HR web application, on web, phone and Windows.
The challenge
HR work was scattered and slow.
Daily HR work was spread across emails, spreadsheets and paper. This caused four main problems.
Attendance was hard to check
There was no easy way to know who came in, when, and from where.
Leave and approvals got lost
Requests went through emails and spreadsheets, and balances often did not match.
Payroll and letters took too long
Salaries, payslips and official letters were all prepared by hand.
Hiring was slow
HR had to open and read every resume one by one.
Our approach
One connected platform, built around real HR work.
We started by mapping how HR, managers and employees actually work every day. Instead of separate tools, we designed one platform where attendance, leave, payroll, letters and hiring share the same employee data.
Approved leave flows into attendance, and attendance flows into payroll, so nothing is entered twice. We kept every screen simple, made it work on phones, and added a Windows app for quick daily actions.

Live dashboards, attendance and project log reports with Excel export, a phone-friendly design and a Windows desktop app.

Spreadsheets, paper forms and email threads replaced by a single platform.
Every clock-in is location-checked and backed by approvals.
Salaries and loss of pay are calculated automatically, and payslips go out in bulk.
