Privacy Policy
Pryxo Tech (“we”, “us”, “our”) builds software products and apps, including Shopify apps. This policy explains what data we collect through our products and how we use it.
1. Who this applies to
This policy covers data processed by any Pryxo Tech product or app, including Shopify apps installed on a merchant’s store, when a merchant or user installs the app and, where offered, connects a third-party account (such as Instagram) to it.

Store and account data
Our Shopify apps access standard store data needed to operate their features (e.g. products, orders, customers, and theme data), limited to the permissions the merchant approves during installation.
Connected third-party accounts
Some of our apps let a merchant or user connect a third-party account (for example, an Instagram professional account) to pull in their own content for display. When this is offered and a user chooses to connect, we collect only what that feature needs to function, which may include:
- Basic identifying information from the connected account (such as a user ID, username, and profile picture), so we can identify the connection in our admin dashboard.
- That account’s own content (such as posts, media, captions, links, and timestamps), so the user can choose what to display.
We only ever access the one account a user explicitly connects. We never access any other account’s data, never post, publish, comment, or send messages on a user’s behalf through a connected account, and never read private messages or account analytics/insights.

- Connected-account data is retained only for as long as the user keeps that feature/connection active.
- A user can disconnect a connected account at any time from the app’s dashboard, or by uninstalling the app, which removes the stored connection and associated content.
