These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of pryxotech.com and any services provided by Pryxo Tech Pvt. Ltd. (“Pryxo Tech”, “we”, “us”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our services
Pryxo Tech provides software development and related services, including AI development, custom software, mobile apps, Shopify and web design, workflow automation, and Odoo customization. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate proposal or agreement for each engagement.
3. Proposals, quotes & payment
Estimates and proposals are based on the information available at the time and may change if requirements change. Fees, milestones, and payment terms are set out in the applicable proposal or contract. Late payments may pause work until resolved.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to information, materials, approvals, and feedback needed to deliver the work, and to ensure you have the rights to any content or assets you provide to us.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of the custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for third-party components and our pre-existing tools or libraries, which remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed to you as needed to use the deliverables.
6. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA where required.
7. Warranties & disclaimers
We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pryxo Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. You remain responsible for fees for work performed up to the termination date.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly.
