Job description:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Creator to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and support our digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and current trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Develop social media posts, reels, stories, captions, and other creative content.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends and implement new content ideas.
- Create basic graphics and video content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Write creative and engaging captions, copy, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages when required.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to execute campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 6 months–1 year of experience in social media management or content creation.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Strong creative thinking and content-writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools.
- Good communication and English writing skills.
- Ability to understand social media trends and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Experience in creating short-form videos/reels.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
- Basic photography or videography skills.
