Setup And Access
The app uses Shopify permissions for products, content, files, themes, and online store navigation. These permissions allow it to read existing store content, write generated content back to Shopify, upload AI visibility files, update storefront redirects, and add supported theme FAQ sections.
The app can use configured AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, Cohere, or local Ollama where supported by the route. Store-level defaults can be managed in Settings, and some installations may use the app owner's configured provider.
Yes. The Settings page lets merchants define global defaults such as output language, tone, and product description keywords. Individual generation flows can also use route-specific settings where available.
Content Generation
The app supports product descriptions, product SEO titles and descriptions, collection descriptions and SEO metadata, collection-product content, page body content and SEO metadata, blog articles, FAQ content, schema markup, llms.txt, and agents.md.
Generated content is usually reviewed in the app first. Merchants choose when to apply or save generated content back to Shopify. Some AI Visibility actions, such as publishing schema/metafields, llms.txt files, redirects, or theme FAQ blocks, intentionally write to Shopify after the merchant starts the action.
Yes. The app includes editing workflows for generated product, collection, page, and blog content. Merchants should review all AI output for accuracy, brand fit, policy compliance, and unsupported claims before publishing.
Yes. Bulk jobs can process products, collections, and collection products. The app tracks total items, completed items, failed items, allocated credits, used credits, and failed item details so unused credits can be refunded where supported by the job flow.
AI Visibility
AI Visibility helps store content become easier for search engines and AI assistants to understand. The app can generate structured schema markup, FAQs where supported, and llms.txt or agents.md guidance files for storefront discovery.
FAQ generation is supported for products, collections, and articles where route logic supports it. Pages are excluded from the AI Visibility FAQ flow in the current implementation.
The app can generate store-specific llms.txt and agents.md content, upload files to Shopify Files/CDN, and create or maintain storefront redirects such as /llms.txt and /agents.md so the files are reachable from the storefront.
Yes, where the theme structure supports it and the app has theme permissions. The app attempts to add a supported FAQ section to product templates. If the theme format is unsupported or permission is denied, the merchant may need to add the block manually in the theme editor.
Billing And Credits
Credits are deducted when the app performs AI generation or AI visibility actions that have a credit cost. The dashboard and page header show the current available credit balance.
The default plans are Free with 150 credits, Basic at $9.99 per month with 1,500 credits, and Pro at $14.99 per month with 5,000 credits. Yearly billing is available and is configured as 10 months paid with 2 months free.
Yes. The app supports one-time extra credit purchases. Default packages include 1,000 credits for $5, 5,000 credits for $20, and 15,000 credits for $50. Custom credit purchase flows may also be available in the app.
Yes. The billing implementation no longer sends Shopify's test billing flag, so paid plan and credit purchase approvals are created as merchant billing charges through Shopify.
Data, Privacy, And Support
The app is designed around shop-level data and does not request customer or order scopes. Its GDPR customer request and customer redaction webhooks state that no customer personal data is stored by the app.
The app stores shop domain, install status, store/contact details provided by Shopify, app settings, billing and credit records, generated content records, AI visibility output, bulk job records, and Shopify session data required for app authentication.
On uninstall, the app deletes active sessions, removes the stored access token, and marks the shop as uninstalled. Shopify's shop redaction webhook later triggers permanent deletion of shop-level data from the app database.

Troubleshooting
The selected action needs more credits than the current balance. Go to Pricing to upgrade, switch plans, or buy extra credits.
Failures can be caused by missing AI provider credentials, provider rate limits, model access issues, insufficient credits, Shopify API errors, or unsupported content formats. Check Settings, confirm the store has credits, and retry with a smaller batch if needed.
The active theme may use an unsupported template format, the app may not have theme write permission, or Shopify may reject the asset update. In that case, add the app's FAQ block manually through the Shopify theme editor.
